Ajay has worked in government in different capacities - Public Relations Officer to the Chief Minister, Director of Information, Director of Cultural Affairs. He has closely monitored election campains. He is expert in media planning for government welfare programmes. He was journalist before joining government. After retirement heavily engaged in creation of board game, presentation of a biographical play on 'Narhar Kurundkar' and YouTube reels on 'Sarkari Goshti' (Government Tales).
Jayati Ambekar
Jayati is a USA (San Jose) based designer. Worked with Google and other starts up. She is an engineer by graduate and has done post graduate master course in 'Interactive Telecommunication Programme' in New York University's Tisch School of Arts. She is the main contributor in developing the board game - 'Election Tamasha'! Her unique perspective as both a technologist and a designer ensures that the game’s digital narrative is as engaging and innovative as its tabletop mechanics.
Sujay Hande
A Mumbai (India) based Producer, Director and Creator of feature films, documentaries TV serials, TV Programmes,TV ads. As a co-founder of Ocean Film Company, an established advertising agency and production house, he brings extensive experience in visual storytelling and brand building to the tabletop gaming space. His background in advertising and film production allows him to blend marketing strategy with high-quality content, ensuring the game's "drama" resonates with a pan-India audience.
